Philosophy of CareI believe healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and believed.Every person carries an innate capacity for healing, wisdom, and growth. My role is not to fix people, but to walk alongside them as we create the conditions where healing can naturally emerge through curiosity, compassion, presence, and evidence-informed practice. My understanding of healing has been shaped by many experiences: chronic illness, personal loss, movement, service, leadership, motherhood, and years of asking questions about why people suffer and what helps people flourish. These experiences have taught me that healing is rarely linear. It is deeply personal, often unpredictable, and unfolds across multiple dimensions of our being—including the physical body, mind, emotions, energy, and spirit—while also being influenced by our relationships and the environments in which we live.I believe curiosity is one of the greatest gifts we can bring into the healing process. Curiosity allows us to listen more deeply, move beyond assumptions, and honor each person’s lived experience with humility and respect.Rather than focusing solely on what is wrong, I seek to understand what is possible. My hope is to help others reconnect with the wisdom, resilience, and wholeness that have always been within them, so they can move toward a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who they truly are.
